It must be reiterated that all of the aforementioned actions by Israel have been committed in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 and the Hague Regulations of 1907 and in blatant defiance of relevant Security Council resolutions.

This action by the Israeli Government blatantly violates the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, the Hague Regulations of 1907 and various relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and the Security Council.

These policies constitute an unacceptable violation of the Hague Regulations of 1907, the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and General Assembly and the Declaration of Principles, as well as the subsequent agreements and accords concluded between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
