Background: The COP and the CMP, by their decisions 11/CP.16 and 12/CMP.6, requested the Executive Secretary to propose a programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013, for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-fourth session.

Background: The COP and the CMP, by their decisions 11/CP.16 and 12/CMP.6, requested the Executive Secretary to propose a programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013, for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-fourth session.

38. With a view to reporting on the progress made in the implementation of its work programme and providing the relevant technical advice to the SBI, the CGE submitted four technical reports for consideration by the SBI.
38- قدم فريق الخبراء الاستشاري، حرصاً منه على الإبلاغ عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ برنامج عمله وتقديم المشورة التقنية ذات الصلة إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، أربعة تقارير تقنية لتنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ.

(b) Consider the functions, types of services and sectors to be covered by an international centre(s) and develop guidance for consideration by the SBI, on the financial and institutional arrangements for such a centre(s) and networks.

A comprehensive programme budget will be proposed in a timely manner by the Executive Secretary for consideration by the SBI at its sixth session in July 1997, which will complete its review of the budget at that session and recommend a budget decision to the COP for adoption;

The audited financial statements, the Board's report and comments by the secretariat on the status of implementation of the Board's recommendation were published in 2004 (FCCC/SBI/2004/12 and Add.1 - 2) for consideration by the SBI at its twenty-first session and the COP at its tenth session.

It included an item on progress reports on inter-sessional activities undertaken by the secretariat since the thirteenth session of the SBI and administrative matters which could not be deferred, leaving a number of substantive items not included in the COP agenda for consideration by the SBI at its fifteenth session.

Because the planning of sessions away from the secretariat's headquarters takes time for both the host government and the secretariat, potential host governments for COP 12 are encouraged to come forward with offers for consideration by the SBI at its twenty-second session and by the COP at its eleventh session.
31- وبما أن التخطيط لعقد الدورات بعيداً عن مقر الأمانة يستغرق فترة من الوقت بالنسبة للحكومة المضيفة والأمانة على السواء، فيتم تشجيع الحكومات التي يمكن أن تستضيف الدورة الثانية عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف على التقدم بعروض لتنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثانية والعشرين ولينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة.

Because the planning of sessions away from the secretariat's headquarters takes time for both the host government and the secretariat, potential host governments for COP 13 are encouraged to come forward with offers for consideration by the SBI at its twenty-fourth session and by the COP at its twelfth session.
21- ولما كان التخطيط لعقد الدورات خارج مقر الأمانة يستغرق بعض الوقت بالنسبة للحكومة المضيفة والأمانة على السواء، فإن الحكومات التي يمكن أن تستضيف الدورة الثالثة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف تشجَّع على التقدم بعروض لتنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الرابعة والعشرين ولينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية عشرة.

Also by that decision, the COP invited Parties and relevant intergovernmental organizations to submit to the secretariat, by 28 March 2011, their views on the issues referred to in paragraph 67 above, for consideration by the SBI and the SBSTA at their thirty-fourth sessions.
68- ودعا مؤتمر الأطراف أيضاً بموجب المقرر نفسه الأطراف والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية إلى أن توافي الأمانة بحلول 28 آذار /مارس 2001 بآرائها بشأن المسائل المشار إليها في الفقرة 67 أعلاه، لتنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ والهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في الدورة الرابعة والثلاثين لكل منهما().
