Having considered the report, the Commission, in its resolution 1995/41, called upon the working groups which already had given special attention to questions relating to the effective protection of human rights in the administration of justice to continue to provide specific recommendations in that regard.

Noting General Assembly resolution 56/161 of 19 December 2001, in which the Assembly calls upon mechanisms of the Commission on Human Rights and its subsidiary bodies to continue to give special attention to questions relating to the effective promotion and protection of human rights in the administration of justice,

This report has identified significant practical measures for the implementation of international standards in the field of human rights in the administration of justice, with particular regard to rebuilding and strengthening structures and capacities for the administration of justice in postconflict situations and juvenile justice.
41- حدد هذا التقرير التدابير العملية الهامة اللازمة لتطبيق المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، مع الاهتمام بصفة خاصة بإعادة بناء وتدعيم الهياكل والقدرات اللازمة لإقامة العدل في حالات ما بعد انتهاء الصراع وفي قضاء الأحداث.

The plenum of the Supreme Court adopted an order on 30 March 2006 on the application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the decisions of the European Court of human rights in the administration of justice and decided to create a unit within the Supreme Court to translate the foregoing decisions and familiarize judges with them.
ولهذا الغرض، اعتمدت المحكمة العليا بكامل هيئتها في 30 آذار/مارس 2006 حكماً يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية حماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، والأحكام القضائية للمحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، وقررت أن تُوفر للمحكمة العليا دائرة مكلفة بترجمة هذه الأحكام وإطلاع القضاة عليها.

The Committee takes note of the reforms undertaken and the progress made in the modernization of the judicial system during the reporting period, in particular the application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and of the jurisprudence of the European Court of human rights in the administration of justice.
14- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالتعديلات المتخذة وبالتقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بتحديث النظام القضائي أثناء الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، ولا سيما تطبيق الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية والأحكام القضائية السابقة الصادرة عن المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل.

Accordingly, on 30 March 2006 the plenum of the Supreme Court issued an order on the application of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the case law of the European Court of human rights in the administration of justice, and decided to create a unit within the Supreme Court to translate and familiarize judges with the case law of the European Court.
ولهذا الغرض، اعتمدت المحكمة العليا بكامل هيئتها في 30 آذار/مارس 2006 حكماً يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية حماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، والأحكام القضائية للمحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، وقررت أن تستحدث داخل المحكمة العليا دائرة مكلفة بترجمة هذه الأحكام وإطلاع القضاة عليها.

Recognizes that every child and juvenile in conflict with the law must be treated in a manner consistent with his or her rights, dignity and needs, in accordance with international law, including relevant international standards on human rights in the administration of justice, and calls on States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child to abide strictly by its principles and provisions;

Calls upon special rapporteurs, special representatives and working groups of the Commission to continue to give special attention to questions relating to the effective protection of human rights in the administration of justice, including juvenile justice, and to provide, wherever appropriate, specific recommendations in this regard, including proposals for advisory service and technical assistance measures;
