وفيما يخص السلع التي تتجاوز الحدود القصوى للكميات العينية أو المبالغ النقدية المنصوص عليها في تشريعات جمهورية أرمينيا، يجب على الأشخاص الطبيعيين، إضافة إلى الإقرارات المعبأة من قبلهم، أن يقوموا وفقا للأنظمة المعمول بها باستيفاء مستند يعرف بأنه الوثيقة الإدارية الوحيدة وتقديمها إلى الجمارك.

8. As concerns the issue of accountability mentioned in paragraph 7 (c) above, the Board indicated that, except in exceptional circumstances, it did not consider that it had a role in identifying individuals who were accountable for specific issues or in prescribing, in its recommendations, actions to be taken by the Administration against individuals for non-compliance with established regulations.
