III. Main allegations of violations of the arms embargo.....
ثالثا - أبرز الادعاءات لحدوث انتهاكات للحظر المفروض على توريد الأسلحة

12. According to information obtained by the Monitoring Group, a widening circle of States are providing arms and military-related support to Somalia in violation of the arms embargo.
12 - وفقا للمعلومات التي حصل عليها فريق الرصد، تتسع دائرة الدول التي تزود الصومال بالأسلحة والدعم المتصل بالمجال العسكري انتهاكا منها للحظر المفروض على توريد الأسلحة.

Although they have shown greater respect for the arms embargo over the past six months than they have in previous years, many of them persist in violations and few of them have taken active measures to curb commercial arms transfers to Somalia.
ورغم أنها أبدت درجة من الاحترام للحظر المفروض على توريد الأسلحة على مدار الأشهر الستة الماضية أكبر مما أظهرته في السنوات السابقة، فإن كثيرا منها لا تزال مستمرة في تلك الانتهاكات، ولم يتخذ سوى قلة منها تدابير نشطة للحد من عمليات نقل الأسلحة بصورة تجارية إلى الصومال.
