In paragraph 38 (a) of resolution 66/237, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Assembly at the main part of its sixty-seventh session a proposal for implementing a mechanism for expedited arbitration procedures for consultants and individual contractors, including the cost implications for various aspects of the proposal.
