وتجدون طيه رسالة موجهة إليكم من الأمين العام لمنظمة شانغهاي للتعاون، فضلا عن مذكرة تفسيرية (المرفق الأول) دعما للطلب الوارد أعلاه ومشروع قرار (المرفق الثاني).

In accordance with rule 20 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, attached to this letter are an explanatory memorandum (annex I) in support of the above request and a corresponding draft resolution (annex II).
وعملا بالمادة 20 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، أرفقت بهذه الرسالة مذكرة تفسيرية (المرفق الأول) دعما للطلب الوارد أعلاه ومشروع القرار اللازم (المرفق الثاني).
