يعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة كل من استولى بأي وسيلة كانت على سفينة راسية أو ماخرة أو على البضائع التي تنقلها وتشدد العقوبة وفقا للمادة 257 عقوبات بحق ربان السفينة إذا كان هو الفاعل لهذه الجريمة أو كان مشتركا فيها أو محرضا عليها.
