Introduction By its decision VI/31, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal established what has come to be known as the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative.
1 - أنشأ مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل بشأن التحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها عبر الحدود، بموجب مقرره 6/31، ما أصبح يعرف باسم مبادرة الشراكة في الهواتف النقالة.

5. Invites parties and signatories to use the guidance document and the five guidelines produced by the project groups under the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative.

At the first meeting of the Expanded Bureau of the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention, the Chair of the Mobile Phone Working Group reported on the work of the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative and drew the meeting's attention to the aforementioned paper.
3 - وخلال الاجتماع الأول للمكتب الموسع للاجتماع الثامن لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل، قدم رئيس الفريق العامل المعني بالهواتف النقالة تقريراً عن عمل مبادرة الشراكة في الهواتف النقالة ووجه انتباه الاجتماع إلى الورقة التي تقدمت الإشارة إليها.

An expert study on lessons learned from the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative and the benefits of future public-private partnerships in the framework of the Convention was published in November 2009 and was made available to the Secretariat and PACE by the German Environment Protection Agency.
17 - صدرت في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009 دراسة لخبراء بشأن الدروس المستفادة من مبادرة الشراكة في الهواتف النقالة والمنافع المستقبلية من الشراكات بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص في إطار الاتفاقية وأتاحت الوكالة الألمانية لحماية البيئة تلك الدراسة للأمانة وللشراكة من أجل العمل بشأن المعدات الحاسوبية.

Takes note of the report on progress made by the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative as prepared by the Chairman of the Mobile Phone Working Group, including the information contained in the Chairman's paper on issues raised during the discussion of the guideline on transboundary movement of used and end-of-life mobile phones;
1 - يحيط علماً بالتقدم الذي أحرزته مبادرة الشراكة في الهواتف النقالة الذي أعده رئيس الفريق العامل المعني بالهواتف النقالة،(3) بما في ذلك المعلومات الواردة في ورقة الرئيس عن القضايا التي أثيرت أثناء مناقشة المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن نقل الهواتف النقالة المستعملة والمنتهي عمرها التشغيلي عبر الحدود؛(4)

In considering the item, it had before it a note by the Secretariat on the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative (UNEP/CHW/OEWG/6/19/Rev.1), which contained in its annexes a progress report by the Chair of the Mobile Phone Working Group; the chairman's paper on issues raised during the discussion of the guidelines on transboundary movement of used and end-of-life mobile phones; and elements of the 2007 - 2008 work programme.
