OSJI/UFTDU provided details on the bilateral agreement signed between Italy and the aforementioned third country and its implementation.
وقدمت مبادرة العدالة واتحاد الطب الشرعي تفاصيل بشأن اتفاق ثنائي موقع بين إيطاليا والبلد الثالث الآنف الذكر وتنفيذه.

OSJI further specified that since its last review by the UPR in 2008, Roma children were still disproportionately languishing in inferior quality practical schools and segregated classes in mainstream schools.

In view of the systematic nature of these problems, the Justice Initiative makes the following specific recommendations:

The conference was jointly sponsored by the European Union and the Governments of Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Republic of Korea, as well as the Open Society Justice Initiative.

The Justice Initiative stated that the human right to citizenship is today under threat as never before.
1- أكدت مبادرة العدالة في المجتمع المفتوح أن حق الإنسان في المواطنة اليوم يتعرض لتهديد لم يسبق لـه مثيل.

a. Enhancing governance at the decentralized level (the Provincial Justice Initiative);

Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) stated that Ethiopia is not a party to either of the two international conventions on statelessness.
وأشارت مبادرة العدالة في المجتمع المفتوح إلى أن إثيوبيا ليست طرفاً في أي من الاتفاقيتين المتعلقتين بانعدام الجنسية(4).

9. The Open Society Justice Initiative and the Unione Forense per la Tutela dei Diritti dell'Uomo (OSJI/UFTDU) recommended that Italy respect and implement decisions of international and regional human rights monitoring bodies.
9- أوصت مبادرة العدالة في مجتمع منفتح واتحاد الطب الشرعي من أجل حماية حقوق الإنسان (مبادرة العدالة واتحاد الطب الشرعي) إيطاليا باحترام وتنفيذ قرارات الهيئات الدولية والإقليمية لرصد حقوق الإنسان(20).

OSJI recommended to make clear that discrimination in policing is incompatible with Spain's human rights obligations.
وتوصي مبادرة العدالة في مجتمع منفتح بتوضيح أن ممارسة التمييز في عمل الشرطة أمرٌ يتنافى والتزامات إسبانيا المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.

OSJI/UFTDU expressed similar concerns.
وأعربت مبادرة العدالة واتحاد الطب الشرعي عن شواغل مماثلة(37).

27. According to OSJI/UFTDU, the 2009 Security Package will worsen overcrowding and related conditions in Italian prisons and detention centres.
