"مستيئس" - Translation from Arabic to English

We must see to it that an end is put to discrimination, especially the most insidious type of discrimination — that which comes from the nearest sources and which often drives young people to desperate action or, when there is no other motivation, to suicide. In fact, in the case of young people, suicide is always an indication of the failure of society to integrate them.
ولابد لنا مــن أن نحـــرص علـى وضع نهاية للتمييز، لا سيما أخبث أنواعه - أي التمييز اﻵتي من أقرب المصادر والذي كثيرا ما يدفع الشباب إلى عمل مستيئس أو عندمـــا لا يكــون هنـــاك أي دافع آخر إلى الانتحار، والواقع أنه في حالة الشباب، يكون اﻹقدام على الانتحار دليلا على عجز المجتمع الـذي يعيشون فيه عن إدماجهم فيه.
