To ignore the above facts and the insistence of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on conducting the registration in the prevailing conditions represents an attempt to impose a policy of fait accompli, to legalize the results of ethnic cleansing and further destabilize the Province in line with the separatist aspirations of the Albanian extremists.
