7.6 The State party contests the merits of the complainant's allegations given the lack of evidence of a personal risk of torture, whether as an individual or as a member of PA-Amasekanya.
7-6 وتنازع الدولة الطرف في الأسس الموضوعية لإدعاءات صاحب الشكوى، بالنظر إلى انعدام الأدلة التي تدعم تعرضه بصفة شخصية لخطر التعذيب، سواء كفرد أو عضو في منظمة قوة الدفاع الذاتي البوروندية.

The complainant has based his allegation that he risks torture if deported to Burundi purely on his affiliation to PA-Amasekanya.
لقد بنى صاحب الشكوى ادعاءه وجود خطر التعذيب في حالة ترحيله إلى بوروندي على مجرد انتمائه إلى منظمة قوة الدفاع الذاتي البوروندية.

The complainant submits that, since PA-Amasekanya members are particularly at risk of arrest and torture, he would be exposed to the same risk if deported to Burundi.
واعتبر صاحب الشكوى أن أعضاء منظمة قوة الدفاع الذاتي البوروندية معرضون على نحو خاص لخطر الاعتقال والتعذيب، ومن ثم فإن مصيره لن يكون مختلفاً إذا رحل إلى بوروندي.

2.1 The complainant is a member of the Burundian organization Puissance Autodéfense (Self-Defence Force) (PA-Amasekanya), which has since 1994 denounced the impunity enjoyed by those responsible for the Tutsi genocide.
2-1 صاحب الشكوى عضو في منظمة قوة الدفاع الذاتي البوروندية (PA-Amasekanya) التي تندد منذ عام 1994 بالإفلات من العقاب الذي يتمتع به مرتكبو الإبادة الجماعية ضد التوتسي.

4.9 The State party argues that the complaint is without merit given the lack of evidence of a personal risk of torture, whether as an individual or as a member of PA-Amasekanya.
4-9 وترى الدولة الطرف أن الشكوى لا أساس لها نظراً لانعدام الأدلة التي تدعم خطر تعرضه للتعذيب بصفة شخصية، سواءٌ بصفته فرداً أو عضواً في منظمة قوة الدفاع الذاتي البوروندية.

In support of his argument, he quotes an affidavit from the President of PA-Amasekanya, which refers to acts of persecution, such as the police breaking up one of the organization's meetings on 13 October 2007.
