GE.03-61449 (E) 140503 140503 6. Pursuant to paragraph 12 (g) of the Final Declaration of that Conference, Mexico was elected as coordinator of the informal consultations to promote cooperation among all States to facilitate the early entry in force of the Treaty.

12. What should be done over the next two years to establish these guidelines? Paragraph 10 of the Final Declaration states that the guidelines must be achieved by FAO in close collaboration with the relevant treaty bodies, agencies and programmes of the United Nations system.
12 - والسؤال الآن هو: مـا الذي ينبغي عمله خلال السنتين المقبلتين لوضع هذه المبادئ التوجيهية؟ تنص الفقرة 10 من الإعلان الختامي على أن المبادئ التوجيهية يجب أن تضعها منظمة الأغذية والزراعة بالتعاون الوثيق مع أجهزة المعاهدات ذات الصلة ومع وكالات وبرامج منظومة الأمم المتحدة.

Item 10 of the Final Declaration of the Eleventh Conference of Political Parties of Central America and the Dominican Republic expressed a commitment to support this resolution.
وأعربت النقطة 10 من الإعلان الختامي للمؤتمر الحادي عشر للأحزاب السياسية لأمريكا الوسطى والجمهورية الدومينيكية() عن تعهدا بدعم هذه القرارات.

2. The Fourth Review Conference also decided, as contained in decision 3 of the Final Declaration, " to continue the Sponsorship Programme and urge it to explore all options to promote the universalization and implementation of the Convention and its annexed Protocols in accordance with the recommendations contained in annex II of the Final Declaration. "
٢- وقررت الأطراف في المؤتمر الاستعراضي الرابع، وفقاً لما تضمنه المقرر 3 من الإعلان الختامي، أن " تواصل برنامج الرعاية وتحثه على استكشاف جميع الخيارات من أجل تعزيز عالمية الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات المرفقة بها وتنفيذها وفقاً للتوصيات الواردة في المرفق الثاني من الإعلان الختامي " .

1. The Final Document of the Sixth Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction (BWC/CONF.VI/6), in paragraph 61 of the Final Declaration, contained the following decision:
1- تضمّنت الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الاستعراضي السادس للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين الأسلحة البكتريولوجية (البيولوجية) والتكسينية وتدمير تلك الأسلحة (BWC/CONF.VI/6)، في الفقرة 61 من الإعلان الختامي المقرر التالي:

Also at the same meeting, under agenda item 9, Jaap Ramaker, Special Representative appointed pursuant to measure (e) of the Final Declaration and Measures to Promote the Entry into Force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty of the 2003 Conference on Facilitating the Entry into Force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, presented a report on his activities.

On behalf of the Presidency of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries, I have the honour to enclose herewith the English version of the Final Declaration of the seventh Conference of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries, which took place in Lisbon on 24 and 25 July 2008 (see annex).
أتشرف، باسم رئاسة جماعة البلدان الناطقة باللغة البرتغالية، بأن أوجه إليكم طيه النسخة الإنكليزية من الإعلان الختامي للمؤتمر السابع لرؤساء دول وحكومات جماعة البلدان الناطقة باللغة البرتغالية، الذي عُقد في لشبونة في 24 و 25 تموز/يوليه 2008 (انظر المرفق).

3. The Third Review Conference also decided, as contained in Decision 5 of the Final Declaration, " to establish a Sponsorship Programme within the framework of the Convention, as contained in Annex IV of the Final Declaration, and that, in accordance with paragraph 5 (iv) of the Decision, the Steering Committee of the Programme " will report annually on its activities, including on the beneficiaries of the Programme, to the States Parties " .
3- وقرر المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث أيضاً، كما ورد في المقرر 5 من الإعلان الختامي " إنشاء برنامج للرعاية في إطار الاتفاقية، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الرابع من الإعلان الختامي " ، كما قرر أن تقوم اللجنة التوجيهية للبرنامج، وفقاً للفقرة 5`4` من هذا المقرر، بموافاة الدول الأطراف بتقرير سنوي عن أنشطتها يتضمن معلومات عن الجهات المستفيدة من البرنامج.

3. The Third Review Conference also decided, as contained in Decision 5 of the Final Declaration, " to establish a Sponsorship Programme within the framework of the Convention, as contained in Annex IV of the Final Declaration, and that, in accordance with paragraph 5 (iv) of the Decision, the Steering Committee of the Programme " will report annually on its activities, including on the beneficiaries of the Programme, to the States Parties " .
3- وقرر المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث كذلك، كما ورد في المقرر 5 من الإعلان الختامي " إنشاء برنامج للرعاية في إطار الاتفاقية، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الرابع للإعلان الختامي " ، كما قرر أن تقدم اللجنة التوجيهية للبرنامج إلى الدول الأطراف، وفقاً للفقرة 5 `5` من المقرر، تقريراً سنوياً عن أنشطتها يتضمن معلومات عن الجهات المستفيدة من البرنامج.

15. At the same meeting, under agenda item 9, Tom Grönberg (Finland) presented a progress report on cooperation to facilitate the entry into force of the Treaty in accordance with measure (c) of the Final Declaration and Measures to Promote the Entry into Force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty of the 2003 Conference on Facilitating the Entry into Force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.
15 - وفي الجلسة ذاتها، قدّم السيد توم غرونبيرغ (فنلندا)، في إطار البند 9 من جدول الأعمال، عرضا لتقرير مرحلي عن التعاون على تسهيل بدء نفاذ المعاهدة وفقا للتدبير (ج) من الإعلان الختامي والتدابير الرامية إلى تيسير بدء نفاذ معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية لمؤتمر سنة 2003 المعني بتسهيل بدء نفاذ معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية.
