The Council calls upon the Government of the Republic of Croatia to make this amnesty comprehensive as soon as possible and stresses the importance such a measure would have for maintaining public confidence and stability during the demilitarization and demobilization process.
ويطلب المجلس من حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا جعل هذا العفو شاملا في أقرب وقت ممكن، ويشدد على اﻷهمية التي سيتسم بها هذا التدبير فيما يتعلق بالحفاظ على الثقة والاستقرار العامين أثناء عملية التجريد من السلاح والتسريح.

5. Requires of the Government of the Republic of Croatia that negotiations concerning a possible extension of the mandate of the United Nations Protection Force in the Republic of Croatia be adjusted to the demands stated in paragraphs 1 to 4 above;
٥ - يطلب من حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا تكييف المفاوضات المتعلقة باحتمال تمديد ولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في جمهورية كرواتيا مع الطلبات المذكورة في الفقرات من ١ إلى ٤ أعلاه؛

The Council expects the Government of the Republic of Croatia to cooperate fully with the efforts of UNPROFOR. "

1. Expresses its full support for UNTAES and calls upon the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the local Serb community to cooperate fully with UNTAES and to fulfil all obligations specified in the Basic Agreement and all relevant Security Council resolutions;
١ - يعرب عن تأييده التام ﻹدارة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية ويطلب من حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا والطائفة الصربية المحلية أن تتعاونا مع اﻹدارة الانتقالية تعاونا تاما وأن تفيا بجميع الالتزامات المحددة في الاتفاق اﻷساسي وجميع قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة؛

٢ - يطلب من حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا والطائفة الصربية المحلية أن تتعاونا مع اﻹدارة الانتقالية في تهيئة الظروف واتخاذ الخطوات اﻷخرى اللازمة ﻹجراء انتخابات محلية في المنطقة وفقا ﻷحكام الاتفاق اﻷساسي حيث تضطلع اﻹدارة الانتقالية بالمسؤولية عن تنظيمها؛

On 13 January 1997, the Government issued a letter from the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the completion of peaceful reintegration of the region under the Transitional Administration, Republic of Croatia (S/1997/27, annex).

21. Calls upon the Government of the Republic of Croatia to allow the expeditious return of all refugees and displaced persons and to use all available means to secure their safety and human rights, and to investigate and arrest those responsible for acts of violence and intimidation aimed at driving people away;

“The Security Council calls upon the Government of the Republic of Croatia to grant amnesty to all persons who, either voluntarily or by coercion, served in the civil administration, military or police forces of the local Serb authorities in the former United Nations Protected Areas with the exception of those who committed war crimes as defined in international law.

The present report takes into account a document titled " Report by the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the implementation of Security Council resolution 1019 " (hereafter referred to as " report by the Government " ), which was issued through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 28 January 1996.
