The Forum at its second session invited countries and the members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to review and report on the state of knowledge on subsidies that may result in deforestation and forest degradation.
دعا المنتدى في دورته الثانية البلدان وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى استعراض حالة المعرفة المتعلقة بالإعانات التي قد تسفر عن إزالة الغابات وتدهورها وإلى تقديم تقارير عن ذلك.

At its seventh meeting, the Conference of the Parties took note of this assessment and invited the Coordinator and Head of the United Nations Forum on Forests secretariat, the members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests and others, to provide any further views on the assessment.
وقد أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علما، في اجتماعه السابع، بهذا التقييم ودعا المنسق ورئيس أمانة منتدى الأمم المتحدة المعني بالغابات، وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات وغيرهم، إلى تقديم أية آراء أخرى بشأن التقييم.

8. UNFF should facilitate communication and collaboration between countries and CPF members, regional and subregional organisations, other multilateral partners and bilateral partners, with a view to supporting capacity building to monitor, assess and report on the implementation of PfAs.
8 - ينبغي للمنتدى أن ييسر الاتصال والتعاون بين البلدان وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات، والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية، والشركاء الآخرين المتعددي الأطراف والثنائيين، بغية دعم بناء القدرات على رصد تنفيذ مقترحات العمل وتقييمه والإبلاغ عنه.

30. 30 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى النظر في رعاية مبادرات قطرية ترمي إلى المساهمة في أعمال المنتدى، مشددا على أن هذه المبادرات ينبغي أن تكون مفتوحة أمام جميع أعضاء المنتدى وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات وممثلي المجموعات الرئيسية وأن تسهل المشاركة من جانبهم؛

(d) Invite the donor community, as well as members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests, to give priority in their programmes and actions to support aimed at removing obstacles to the implementation of the forest instrument;
(د) دعوة مجتمع المانحين وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات لإعطاء الأولوية في برامجهما وأنشطتهما للدعم الرامي إلى إزالة العقبات الماثلة أمام تنفيذ الصك المتعلق بالغابات؛

(b) These initiatives should be informal in nature, open-ended, transparent and participatory, open to participation by all member States of the Forum, as well as members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests and representatives of major groups;

To this end, the World Summit recognized the importance of accelerating the implementation of the IPF/IFF proposals for action by countries and the members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests.
وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، اعتـرف مؤتمر القمة العالمي بأهميـة أن تسرع البلدان وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات بتنفيذ مقترحات العمل الصادرة عن الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات/المنتدى الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات.

(ز) يدعو الدول الأعضاء وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات إلى مواصلة عملهم المتعلق بإدارة المعلومات والحصول على التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا، والنظر تحقيقا لهذه الغاية في تنظيم مناسبات ترويجية مثل المعارض والأسواق في إطار المنتديات الدولية ذات الصلة.

During the current intersessional period, the Forum secretariat, the members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests, other intergovernmental organizations, institutions and processes, as well as a wide range of stakeholders, have increasingly found opportunities to enhance cooperation and intersectoral programme and policy coordination on forest-related issues.
وخلال الفترة الحالية الفاصلة بين الدورات، وجدت أمانة المنتدى، وأعضاء الشراكة التعاونية في مجال الغابات، وسائر المنظمات والمؤسسات والعمليات الحكومية الدولية، فضلا عن طائفة واسعة من الجهات صاحبة المصلحة، فرصا متزايدة لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين السياسات والبرامج الشاملة لعدة قطاعات بشأن القضايا المتصلة بالغابات.

(c) Improved collaboration and coordination on sustainable management of all types of forests and trees outside forests among Governments, major groups, organizations, instruments and processes, as well as the members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests

10. Countries and CPF members create or enhance awareness by government and non-government stakeholders of the benefits of information exchange, including reporting, on PfA implementation at national and international levels, particularly as related to UNFF.
