In the absence of information on the duration and modalities of the high-level plenary meeting, it is the understanding of the Department of General Assembly and Conference Management that the meeting will be held during the sixty-fifth session of the Assembly and will require two meetings per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, using the meetings entitlements allocated to the Assembly.

10. It is proposed that two plenary meetings be held on the first day, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. On the second day, it is proposed to again have two plenary meetings, one in the morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and another from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. On the third day, it is proposed to hold a plenary meeting from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. All plenary meetings will be held in Conference Room 1.

8. The informal consultations and drafting sessions referred to in operative paragraph 12 of the draft resolution would comprise three working days of six meetings (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) in January 2015, five working days of 10 meetings (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) in April 2015 and five working days of 10 meetings (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) in June 2015.
٨ - وتشمل المشاورات غير الرسمية وجلسات صياغة المشار إليها في الفقرة 12 من منطوق مشروع القرار ثلاثة أيام عمل من ست جلسات (واحدة في الصباح والأخرى بعد الظهر) في كانون الثاني/يناير 2015، وخمسة أيام عمل من 10 جلسات (واحدة في الصباح والأخرى بعد الظهر) في نيسان/أبريل 2015، وخمسة أيام عمل من 10 جلسات (واحدة في الصباح والأخرى بعد الظهر) في حزيران/يونيه 2015.

The resolution also provided that the high-level meeting would be structured around an opening plenary meeting, followed by an interactive panel in the morning and a second interactive panel in the afternoon, followed by a closing plenary meeting.
كما نص القرار على أن ينظم الاجتماع بحيث يبدأ بعقد جلسة عامة افتتاحية تليها حلقة نقاش واحدة في الصباح تعقبها حلقة نقاش ثانية في فترة ما بعد الظهر تليها جلسة عامة ختامية.
