At its forty-third session, held in Vienna from 7 to 16 June 2000, the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space noted that, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 54/67, the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee had continued its consideration of the item relating to the use of nuclear power sources in outer space.
