Urges States, in compliance with their international obligations, to take all necessary action to combat incitement to or acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by hatred and intolerance based on culture, religion or belief, which may cause discord and disharmony within and among societies;

10. 2. In resolution 63/171, the General Assembly urged States to provide adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions and from incitement to religious hatred in general, and to ensure that all public officials respected people regardless of their religion or belief.

16. Urges all States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from the defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general;
16 - تحث جميع الدول على القيام، في إطار نظمها القانونية والدستورية، بتوفير الحماية الكافية من جميع أعمال الكراهية والتمييز والتخويف والإكراه الناجمة عن تشويه صورة الأديان وعن التحريض على الكراهية الدينية عموما؛

16. Urges all States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from vilification of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general;
16 - تحث جميع الدول على القيام، في إطار نظمها القانونية والدستورية، بتوفير الحماية الكافية من جميع أعمال الكراهية والتمييز والتخويف والإكراه الناجمة عن تحقير الأديان وعن التحريض على الكراهية الدينية عموما؛

11. Urges States, in compliance with their international obligations, to take all necessary action to combat incitement to or acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by hatred and intolerance based on culture, religion or belief, which may cause discord and disharmony within and among societies;
11 - تحث الدول على أن تتخذ، تقيدا بالتزاماتها الدولية، كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لمكافحة التحريض على العنف أو أعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه التي تحركها الكراهية والتعصب بسبب الثقافة أو الدين أو المعتقد مما قد يتسبب في الفتنة والشقاق داخل المجتمعات وفيما بينها؛

A culture of solidarity, tolerance and multiculturalism required Member States to introduce adequate protection against acts of hate crimes, hate speech, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation and negative stereotyping of religions, and incitement to religious hatred.
وأشارت أيضاً إلى أن ثقافة التضامن والتسامح والتعددية الثقافية تتطلب من الدول الأعضاء أن توفر قدراً كافياً من الحماية من أفعال جرائم الكراهية، وخطاب الكراهية، والتمييز، والتخويف والإكراه الناجمين عن التشهير ورسم الصور النمطية السلبية للأديان، والتحريض على الكراهية الدينية.
