وتنص الفقرة 44 من الإطار المرجعي على أن مهام فريق استعراض التنفيذ هي تكوين صورة إجمالية عن عملية الاستعراض من أجل استبانة التحدّيات والممارسات الجيدة، والنظر في الاحتياجات من المساعدة التقنية ضماناً لتنفيذ الاتفاقية على نحو فعّال.

On the basis of the information compiled in the thematic implementation report, the Implementation Review Group will conduct an overview of the review process to identify challenges and good practices and to consider technical assistance requirements for the effective implementation of the Convention.
8- واستنادا إلى المعلومات المجمعة في التقرير المواضيعي عن التنفيذ، يجري فريق استعراض التنفيذ تقييما شاملا لعملية الاستعراض للوقوف على التحديّات والممارسات الجيدة والنظر في الاحتياجات من المساعدة التقنية بغية تنفيذ الاتفاقية على نحو فعّال.

9. Pledge our full support to the ongoing efforts and welcome the recommendations of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Review of the Implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, established to overview the review process in order to identify challenges and good practices and to consider technical assistance requirements in order to ensure effective implementation of the Convention;
9 - نتعهد بتقديم دعمنا الكامل للجهود الجارية ونرحب بالتوصيات الصادرة عن الفريق الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باستعراض وتنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، الذي أنشئ للإشراف على عملية الاستعراض بغية تحديد المصاعب والممارسات السليمة، والنظر في الاحتياجات من المساعدة التقنية من أجل كفالة تنفيذ الاتفاقية بفعالية؛
