10. the Group reaffirms that the implementation of a Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement (INFCIRC/153 (Corrected)) pursuant to article III.1 of the Treaty should be designed to verify the correctness and completeness of States' declarations to provide credible assurance of the non-diversion of nuclear material from declared activities and of the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities.
10 - وتؤكد المجموعة من جديد أن تنفيذ أي اتفاق للضمانات الشاملة (INFCIRC/153 (المصوبة)) عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة الثالثة ينبغي أن يرمي إلى التحقق من صحة واكتمال الإعلانات المقدمة من الدول من أجل تقديم تأكيدات يعتد بها بشأن عدم تحويل المواد النووية من الأنشطة المعلنة، وعدم وجود مواد وأنشطة نووية غير معلنة.
