وإذ يعرب عن ارتياحه إزاء الاتصالات المنتظمة بين بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان وقوات حفظ السلام الجماعية التابعة لرابطة الدول المستقلة، وقوات الحدود الروسية وبعثة منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا في طاجيكستان،

Liaison 11. UNMOT has maintained close liaison with the parties to the conflict as well as with the CIS forces and the Russian border forces on matters relating to the maintenance of the cease-fire.
١١ - بقيت بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان على اتصال وثيق مع أطراف النزاع وكذلك مع قوات رابطة الدول المستقلة وقوات الحدود الروسية في مسائل تتعلق بالحفاظ على وقف إطلاق النار.

١٢ - وقد يﱠسر وجود موقع مقر بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان في دوشانبيه الاتصال بالحكومة وبقوات حفظ السلم الجماعية التابعة لرابطة الدول المستقلة وقوات الحدود الروسية.

Liaison 16. UNMOT has maintained close liaison with the parties as well as with the CIS forces and the Russian border forces on matters relating to the maintenance of the cease-fire.
١٦ - ظلت بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان على اتصال وثيق مع طرفي النزاع ومع قوات رابطة الدول المستقلة وقوات الحدود الروسية في المسائل المتعلقة بالحفاظ على وقف إطلاق النار.
