Each Party included in Annex I shall provide a description of how its national registry performs the functions defined in the annex to decision 13/CMP.1 and the annex to decision 5/CMP.1,11 and complies with the requirements of the technical standards for data exchange between registry systems as adopted by the COP/MOP.
32- يقدم كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول وصفاً لكيفية أداء السجل الوطني الوظائف المحددة في مرفق المقرر13/م أإ-1، ومرفق المقرر 5/م أإ-1()، وكيفية امتثاله لشروط المعايير التقنية لتبادل البيانات بين نظم السجلات بالصيغة التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو.

tCERs and lCERs have been issued, acquired, transferred, cancelled, retired and replaced, in accordance with the annex to decision 13/CMP.1 and the annex to decision 5/CMP.1;
(و) ما إذا كانت وحدات التخفيض المعتمد المؤقت ووحدات التخفيض المعتمد الطويل الأجل أُصدرت واقتنيت وحُولت وألغيت وسحبت واستبدلت وفقاً لمرفق المقرر 13/م أإ-1 ومرفق المقرر 5/م أإ-1؛

The transaction procedures, including those relating to the transaction log, are in accordance with the modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts under Article 7, paragraph 4, contained in the annex to decision 13/CMP.1 and the annex to decision 5/CMP.1;
