إن الاتحاد الروسي يهيب بجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وبرلماناتها وحكوماتها بأن تبذل كل ما بوسعها من أجل وضع حد للنزاعات المسلحة القائمة وتلافي اندلاع نزاعات جديدة.
