(n) " TT:CLEAR " means the technology transfer information clearing house developed under the technology transfer framework;
(ن) يُقصد ب " مركز تبادل المعلومات " مركز تبادل المعلومات عن نقل التكنولوجيا ضمن إطار نقل التكنولوجيا؛

(o) " IPCC " means the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
(س) يُقصد ب " الهيئة " الهيئة الحكومية الدولية المعنية بتغير المناخ.

(d) " Chair " means the member of the TEC elected as Chair of the TEC;
(د) يُقصد ب " الرئيس " عضو اللجنة المنتخب كرئيس للجنة؛

(e) " Vice-Chair " means the member of the TEC elected as Vice-Chair of the TEC;
(ه( يُقصد ب " نائب الرئيس " عضو اللجنة المنتخب كنائب لرئيس اللجنة؛

(h) " Secretariat " means the secretariat referred to in Article 8 of the Convention;
(ح) يُقصد ب " الأمانة " الأمانة المشار إليها في المادة 8 من الاتفاقية؛

(i) " TEC " means the Technology Executive Committee.

(n) " TT:CLEAR " means the technology transfer information clearing house developed under the technology transfer framework;

(a) " expulsion " means a formal act or conduct attributable to a State, by which an alien is compelled to leave the territory of that State; it does not include extradition to another State, surrender to an international criminal court or tribunal, or the non-admission of an alien to a State;
(أ) يُقصد ب " الطرد " عمل رسمي أو سلوك منسوب إلى دولة، ويجبر به أجنبي على مغادرة إقليم تلك الدولة؛ ولا يشمل الطرد التسليم إلى دولة أخرى، أو التسليم إلى محكمة أو هيئة جنائية دولية، أو عدم السماح بدخول أجنبي إلى الدولة؛

(g) " operator " means any person in command or control of the activity at the time the incident causing transboundary damage occurs.
