I am encouraged by those steps, which will strengthen the foundations of the country's long-term stability.
وأشعر بالتشجيع من هذه الخطوات التي ستعزز الأسس التي يقوم عليها استقرار البلد في الأجل الطويل.

I strongly encourage the Government to establish functional dispute resolution mechanisms to address specific conflicts between concessionaires and communities.
وأشجع الحكومة بقوة على إنشاء آليات وظيفية لتسوية النزاعات لمعالجة نزاعات محددة بين أصحاب الامتيازات والمجتمعات المحلية.

I also call upon donors to enhance their commitment to support South Sudan at this crucial stage.
كما أهيب بالجهات المانحة أن تعزز التزامها بدعم جمهورية جنوب السودان في هذه المرحلة الحاسمة.

I strongly encourage the Government of Iraq to promptly investigate allegations of human rights violations I. a transparent manner.
وإني أشجع بقوة حكومة العراق على إجراء تحقيقات فورا وبصورة شفافة في الادعاءات بوقوع انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان.

I would urge them to cease spreading insults and falsehoods about the Special Representative and instead help to promote a durable solution.
لذلك أحثهم على أن يكفّوا عن كيل الإهانات ونشر الأباطيل بحق ممثلي الخاص، وأن يساعدوا بالأحرى في إيجاد حل دائم.

I should therefore like to affirm the following points:
وفي هذا السياق أود التأكيد على النقاط التالية:

I reiterate to all parties concerned the impartiality of United Nations peacekeepers.
