10. In response to a request from the Government, on 19 July, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1988 (2011) approved the delisting of the Minister of Finance under the Taliban regime, Abdul Wasay Mu'tasim Agha.

In recent months, the Taliban has repeatedly reminded the international community and all Pashto and Dari readers of their website that the Taliban political office in Qatar is the sole external interlocutor of the " Emirate " , thereby denying the group led by Mu'tasim Agha the authority to speak on behalf of the Taliban movement.

A first group, composed of four inspectors, left the Canal Hotel at 7.30 a.m. for the Mu'tasim Centre belonging to the Military Industrialization Corporation (MIC).
