In this regard, the provision that mandates the Green Climate Fund to provide resources for enhancing the ability of institutions to meet the accreditation standards is an improvement.

The accreditation standards shall address, inter alia,:

Review whether each designated operational entity continues to comply with the accreditation standards contained in appendix A and on this basis confirm whether to reaccredit the operational entity every three years;
(ج) يقوم بالتثبت مما إذا كان كل كيان تشغيلي معيّن لا يزال يمتثل لمعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف ويؤكد على هذا الأساس ما إذا كان سيتعين إعادة اعتماد الكيان التشغيلي مرة كل ثلاث سنوات؛

V)), in accordance with accreditation standards contained in Appendix A below, and make recommendations to the COP/MOP for the designation of operational entities, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 5;

وتقدم [هيئة الاعتماد] سنوياً إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول قائمة الكيانات التشغيلية المعينة التي تفي بمعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف.

8. The [executive board] may suspend or withdraw the accreditation of an independent entity if it finds that it no longer meets the accreditation standards or applicable requirements contained in decisions of the COP/MOP.
8- يجوز ل[المجلس التنفيذي] أن يعلق أو يسحب اعتماد كيان مستقـل إذا تبين له أنه لم يعد يفي بمعايير الاعتماد أو بالمتطلبات المنطبقة الواردة في مقررات مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف.

21. The executive board may suspend or withdraw the designation of an operational entity if it finds that it no longer meets the accreditation standards or applicable decisions of the COP/MOP.
21- يجوز للمجلس التنفيذي أن يعلق أو يسحب تعيين كيان تشغيلي إذا وجد أنه لم يعد يفي بمعايير الاعتماد أو بالمقررات السارية الصادرة عن مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول.

29. The Committee appreciates the adoption of the Intercountry Adoption Universal Accreditation Act of 2012, S. 3331 (UAA), expanding the accreditation standards in the Intercountry Adoption Act (IAA) of 2000 to cover all intercountry adoptions.
29- ترحب اللجنة باعتماد قانون اعتماد التبني الشامل على الصعيد الدولي لعام 2012، (S. 3331 (UAA، لتوسيع معايير الاعتماد في قانون التبني الدولي لعام 2000 لتشمل كل عمليات التبني على الصعيد الدولي.

Also, in accordance with paragraph 5 (g) of the CDM modalities and procedures, it shall review the accreditation standards in appendix A to the CDM modalities and procedures and make recommendations to the COP for its consideration, as appropriate.
