ويترتب على هذا اﻹلحاق أن تتعهد الدول اﻷطراف بنشر هذه التدابير على نطاق واسع بالوسائل الملائمة والفعالة بين الكبار واﻷطفال على السواء، تماما كما هو اﻷمر بالنسبة لﻹتفاقية طبقا للمادة ٤٢ منها.
