17. Taking into account the recommendations of the final report of CRIC 9, as outlined in section II.A above, the secretariat supported a series of subregional workshops in 2011 that focused on promoting alignment of action programmes with The Strategy.

The COP at it tenth session, having considered the report of the ninth session of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (CRIC), specifically its recommendations pertaining to the NAP, SRAP and RAP alignment processes, adopted decision 2/COP.10 acknowledging the need to speed up the alignment of action programmes with The Strategy.
3- وبعد أن نظر مؤتمر الأطراف خلال دورته العاشرة في تقرير الدورة التاسعة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية()، وبالأخص في التوصيات المتعلقة بعمليات مواءمة برامج العمل الوطنية ودون الإقليمية والإقليمية، اعتمد المقرر 2/م أ-10 الذي يقر بضرورة تسريع عملية مواءمة برامج العمل مع الاستراتيجية.

55. Building on relevant provisions of decision 3/COP.8 on alignment of action programmes with the operational objectives of The Strategy and decision 11/COP.9, whereby subregional and regional entities shall report on the implementation of SRAPs and RAPs, there is a need for further guidance on content and orientation as well as for reporting entities entrusted with the reporting on UNCCD implementation at those levels.
55- واستنادا إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في المقرر 3/م أ-8 بشأن مواءمة برامج العمل مع الأهداف التنفيذية للاستراتيجية وإلى المقرر 11/ م أ-9 الذي بموجبه تبلّغ الكيانات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية عن تنفيذ برامج عمل دون إقليمية وإقليمية، هناك حاجة للمزيد من الإرشاد بشأن المحتوى والتوجه وكذلك للكيانات المبلّغة المنوط بها الإبلاغ عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية على هذه المستويات.
