55. Another aspect of enhancing the management and administration of UNCTAD relates to the request by the Trade and Development Board for an UNCTAD fundraising strategy.

3. To request the secretariat to enhance the management and administration of UNCTAD through the implementation of the presented work plan and based on the Trade and Development Board's deliberations at its fifty-ninth session under agenda item 12;

135. With regard to the framework for results-based management, the representatives of one regional group and of one member State said that actions in this regard should be given priority in the strengthening of the management and administration of UNCTAD.
