٣٩ - يقرر إبقاء هذه المسألة قيد نظره الفعلي، ويعرب عن عزمه النظر في اتخاذ إجراء وفقا للفقرة ٣٣ أعلاه في أجل أقصاه ١٢ شهرا منذ تاريخ اتخاذ هذا القرار شريطة أن يفي العراق بالشروط المبينة في الفقرة ٣٣ أعلاه.
