35. In view of its comments and observations in the paragraphs above with regard to civilian personnel costs, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly approve an overall amount of $19 million for provision of these services.

Taking into account the comments and observations in the above paragraphs, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly appropriate the amount of $147,403,400 gross for the maintenance of UNMIBH during the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997, to be assessed at a monthly rate of $12,283,600 gross, subject to extension of the mandate of UNMIBH by the Security Council.
