Any inter-fund balance existing between the United Nations General Fund, the Working Capital Fund and the Special Fund are settled only when the liquidity of the General Fund permits.

Having considered the estimates for 1999 for the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund, contained in document ICCD/COP(1)/3/Add.1,

Document ICCD/COP(3)/2/Add.1 provides cost plans for the biennium for the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund.
وتقدم الوثيقة ICCD/COP(3)/2/Add.1 مخططات التكاليف لفترة السنتين من أجل الصندوق التكميلي والصندوق الخاص.

Document ICCD/COP(3)/3 provides actual and estimated expenditures in 1999 under the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund.

Document ICCD/COP(3)/2/Add.1 contains information on the estimated requirements for the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund for the forthcoming biennium.
وتتضمن الوثيقة ICCD/COP(3)/2/Add.1 معلومات عن الاحتياجات المقدرة للصندوق التكميلي والصندوق الخاص لفترة السنتين القادمة.

Noted the estimated requirements under the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund submitted by the Executive Secretary;

In light of the above decision, the Executive Secretary submits herewith, for the consideration of the Parties, a report on the status of the Supplementary Fund and the Special Fund.
