He stressed the importance of the congress workshops and the desirability of even stronger links between their themes and the topics of the congress in order to ensure fuller use of the technical results in the substantive discussion.
وشدد على أهمية حلقات عمل المؤتمرات واستصواب إيجاد صلات أوثق بين مواضيع حلقات العمل ومواضيع المؤتمرات، ضمانا لاستفادة أوفى من النتائج التقنية في المناقشات الموضوعية.

Furthermore, the General Assembly would urge Governments to actively participate in the regional preparatory meetings, where appropriate, and invite their representatives to examine the substantive items on the agenda and the topics of the workshops of the Thirteenth Congress and to make action-oriented recommendations for consideration by the Thirteenth Congress.
17- كما ستحث الجمعية العامة الحكومات على المشاركة بنشاط في الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية، حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً، ودعوة ممثليها إلى النظر في البنود المواضيعية لجدول أعمال المؤتمر الثالث عشر ومواضيع حلقات العمل التي ستُعقد خلاله، وتقديم توصيات ذات توجُّه عملي لينظر فيها المؤتمر الثالث عشر.

12. Urges participants in the regional preparatory meetings to examine the substantive items on the agenda and the topics of the workshops of the Thirteenth Congress and to make action-oriented recommendations to serve as a basis for the draft recommendations and conclusions for consideration by the Thirteenth Congress;
12- تحثّ المشاركين في الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية على أن ينظروا في البنود الموضوعية لجدول أعمال المؤتمر الثالث عشر ومواضيع حلقات العمل التي ستُعقد خلاله، وأن يقدّموا توصيات ذات توجُّه عملي يُستند إليها في إعداد مشاريع التوصيات والاستنتاجات لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر الثالث عشر؛

The General Assembly, in its resolution 66/179, requested the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice to approve the overall theme, the agenda items and the topics of the workshops of the Thirteenth Congress at its twenty-first session.

9 - تحث الحكومات على أن تشارك بنشاط في الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية حيثما يكون ذلك مناسبا، وتدعو ممثليها إلى دراسة البنود الموضوعية المدرجة في جدول أعمال المؤتمر الثالث عشر ومواضيع حلقات العمل التي ستعقد في إطاره وإلى تقديم توصيات عملية المنحى لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر؛

The Office supported the organization of four regional preparatory meetings in 2014, which, in line with General Assembly resolutions 67/184 and 68/185, examined the substantive agenda items and the topics of the workshops of the Thirteenth Congress and adopted action-oriented recommendations to serve as a basis for the negotiations for the outcome document.
وقدَّم المكتب الدعم لتنظيم أربعة اجتماعات تحضيرية إقليمية في عام 2014، دُرست فيها، وفقاً لقراري الجمعية العامة 67/184 و68/185، البنود الموضوعية من جدول الأعمال ومواضيع حلقات العمل في المؤتمر الثالث عشر، واعتُمدت فيها توصيات عملية تُتَّخذ أساساً للمفاوضات بشأن الوثيقة الختامية.

The Assembly urged participants in the regional preparatory meetings to examine the substantive items on the agenda and the topics of the workshops of the Twelfth Congress and to make action-oriented recommendations for consideration by the Twelfth Congress and the Commission at its nineteenth session.
7- وحثّت الجمعية المشاركين في الاجتماعات التحضيرية الإقليمية على أن ينظروا في البنود الموضوعية لجدول أعمال المؤتمر وفي مواضيع حلقات العمل التي تنظّم في إطاره. وأن يقدموا توصيات ذات توجُّه عملي لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر الثاني عشر واللجنة في دورتها التاسعة عشرة.
