٧١- وقد طلبت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، في دورتها السابعة، إلى اﻷمانة تقييم مدى اﻹمكانية العملية لتجميع وحفظ البيانات التكميلية المتاحة من مصادر مختصة عن انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة ﻷغراض المقارنة مع البيانات الوطنية وتقديم تقرير عن هذه المقارنة إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها التاسعة.

At the same meeting, it also requested the SBI, at its eighth session, to consider the request to delete the name of Turkey from the lists in Annexes I and II to the Convention, and to present a report to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth session for consideration and definitive action.
وفي نفس الجلسة طلب أيضاً من الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثامنة، أن تنظر في طلب حذف اسم تركيا من القائمتين الواردتين في المرفقين اﻷول والثاني للاتفاقية، وأن تقدم تقريراً إلى مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته الرابعة لكي ينظر فيه ويتخذ إجراء نهائياً بشأنه.

The draft resolution therefore requests the Secretary-General to undertake this task and to present a report not later than the fifty-third session of the General Assembly, in 1998.
لذلك يطلب مشروع القرار إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بهذه المهمة وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في موعد لا يتعدى دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، في عام ١٩٩٨.

6. Concerning the Special Coordinator on anti—personnel landmines, considering the circumstances in which the Special Coordinator had to work, my delegation supports Chile and Poland and sincerely hopes that the CD will decide to allow him to continue his consultations during the inter—sessional period and to present a report at the first part of the 1998 session of the CD.

3. The present report is submitted in accordance with paragraph 7 of resolution 13/17, in which the Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to consult all actors identified in the resolution on the above-mentioned issues, and to present a report as a background contribution for the dialogues and debates to be held at the 2010 Social Forum from 4 to 6 October 2010.
3- ويقدَّم هذا التقرير عملاً بالفقرة 7 من القرار 13/17، التي طلب فيها المجلس إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تتشاور مع جميع الجهات الفاعلة المذكورة في القرار بخصوص القضايا المشار إليها أعلاه، وأن تقدم تقريراً في هذا الشأن كمساهمة أساسية في الحوارات والمناقشات التي ستجرى في المحفل الاجتماعي لعام 2010 في الفترة من 4 إلى 6 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2010.

The Council requested the Secretary-General to seek the views of Member States and to present a report with proposals on the mandate, composition and modalities of work of such an advisory group, taking into account those views, for the Council's consideration.
وطلب المجلس إلى الأمين العام أن يلتمس آراء الدول الأعضاء، وأن يقدم تقريرا يتضمن مقترحات بشأن ولاية هذا الفريق الاستشاري وتكوينه وطرائق عمله، مع مراعاة تلك الآراء، لكي ينظر فيه المجلس.

وفي الختام، تطلب الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام في الفقرتين الثامنة والحادية عشرة من المنطوق أن يواصل على الصعيد الدولي تعبئة المساعدة الانسانية ومساعدات اﻹنعاش والتعمير في الصومال وأن يقدم تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار خلال الدورة الرابعة والخمسين للجمعية العامة.
