1. In resolution 1999/77, entitled " Situation of human rights in Haiti " , the Commission on Human Rights, inter alia, invited its independent expert, Mr. Adama Dieng, to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftysixth session on developments in the human rights situation in Haiti.
1- إن لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 1997/77 المعنون " حالة حقوق الإنسان في هايتي " ، قد دعت، في جملة أمور، خبيرها المستقل السيد آداما ديينغ إلى تقديم تقرير إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين وإلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها السادسة والخمسين عن التطورات في حالة حقوق الإنسان في هايتي.

21. Invites the independent expert to report to the General Assembly at its fiftyfifth session and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftyseventh session on developments in the human rights situation in Haiti;
21- تدعـو الخبير المستقل إلى تقديم تقرير إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين وإلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها السابعة والخمسين عن التطورات في حالة حقوق الإنسان في هايتي؛

In relation to the German proposal, the representative of the Russian Federation recalled the proposal his delegation had submitted for the consideration of the working group at its previous sessions and to the Commission on Human Rights concerning the need to change the nature and title of the optional protocol, which would become an additional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
وفيما يتصل بالاقتراح الألماني أشار ممثل الاتحاد الروسي إلى المقتـرح الذي كان وفده قدمه لينظر فيـه الفريـق العامل في دوراته السابقة وإلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان فيما يتعلق بالحاجة إلى تغيير طابع وعنوان البروتوكول الاختياري بحيث يصبح بروتوكولاً إضافياً ملحقاً بإتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

٩ ـ يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يضمن، مع كل الجهات المعنية، متابعة مناسبة لتنفيذ هذا القرار، وأن يقدم تقريرا في هذا الصدد الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين والى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الرابعة؛
