"apply a second time to" - Translation from English to Arabic

This is an integrated prize awarding system which was held in Greece for the first time, on a pilot basis, aiming at identifying and awarding prizes to enterprises that apply best practices for the promotion of equal opportunities within working environments and, at a second level, at giving " good examples " to all enterprises in order to improve their operations in this field.
وهي تمثل نظاماً متكاملاً لمنح الجوائز أُرسي في اليونان للمرة الأولى، على أساس تجريبي، بهدف تحديد المؤسسات التي تعتمد أفضل الممارسات لتعزيز تكافؤ الفرص ضمن بيئات العمل، ومنحها جوائز، ثم تقديم " أمثلة جيدة " إلى جميع المؤسسات من أجل تحسين أدائها في هذا المجال.

1. The provisions of this Protocol shall apply to any child or woman who is, or habitually resides, in a State Party at the time of commission of an act of international trafficking of which that person is a victim. It should be mentioned in this connection that the provision of the second paragraph of Article 226 of the General Penal Code can apply to trafficking in human beings when its conditions are met regarding deprivation of freedom for a long period of time, or of deprivation of freedom for motives of profit.
وينبغي في هذا الصدد أن نذكر أن الحكم الوارد في الفقرة الثانية من المادة 226 من قانون العقوبات العام يمكن أن يطبق على الاتجار بالبشر عندما تستوفى شروطه فيما يتعلق بالحرمان من الحرية فترة زمنية طويلة أو الحرمان من الحرية بدافع الربح.
