C. Other matters 24. The Special Committee recognizes that because of lack of access to the occupied territories its report to the General Assembly is limited by its inability to observe directly the conditions of the lives of the Palestinians and other Arabs of the occupied territories and to receive the views of representatives of the occupying authority.
24 - تدرك اللجنة الخاصة أن وصد أبواب الأراضي المحتلة في وجهها قد غل من قدرتها على استيفاء تقريرها المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة بفعل عجزها عن مراقبة أحوال معيشة الفلسطينيين وغيرهم من العرب في الأراضي المحتلة بصورة مباشرة والتعرف على آراء ممثلي السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال.

12. Mr. Hosseini (Islamic Republic of Iran) said that the Israeli regime's practices were affecting the human rights of the Palestinian people and other Arabs of the occupied territories.
