تنطبق مواد هذا الفرع عندما تنحل الدولة وتكف عن الوجود وتتشكل من مختلف أجزاء إقليم الدولة السلف دولتان خلف أو أكثر.

The articles of this section apply when part or parts of the territory of a State separate from that State and form one or more successor States while the predecessor State continues to exist.
تنطبق مواد هذا الفرع عندما ينفصل جزء أو أجزاء من إقليم دولة عن تلك الدولة وتتشكل من ذلك دولة أو أكثر من الدول الخلف بينما تستمر الدولة السلف في الوجود.

Preliminary work on the implementation of the articles of this Convention, especially those dealing with transport (Article 3 and 4) is being carried out by the ad hoc Committee.

Each High Contracting Party shall report annually on the measures taken to implement the articles of this Protocol to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall circulate the reports to all High Contracting Parties.

One of the articles of this Law contains a provision setting forth the requirement that political parties include in their bylaws a quota for women of not less than 30%.
