٤- تعتقد حكومة لكسمبرغ أن المادة ٧ من الاتفاقية لا تمثل عقبة أمام الاجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالمواليد مجهولي الهوية، وهي الاجراءات التي يتعين أن تكون في صالح الطفل، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة ٣ من الاتفاقية.
