"assembly or congregation" - Translation from English to Arabic

Section 5 (h) of the Towns and Communities Act states that it is an offence if any person'shall wilfully disturb any meeting or assembly, or any congregation assembled for religious worship, or for any religious service or rite in any burial ground, or disturb or molest any person thereat.'
وتنص المادة ٥)ح( من القانون المتعلق بالمدن والمجموعات السكنية أنه يحصل جرم " اذا أقدم شخص على إقلاق أي اجتماع أو جمعية ملتئمة لغاية إقامة شعائر دينية أو أي احتفال يجري في مدفن، أو يعتدي على أي شخص في مثل هذه الظروف " .

وهذا الحق يشمل في رأي المحكمة العليا حرية التجمع، وحرية تنظيم مسيرات وحرية التظاهر، وكلها تنطوي على تجمع حقيقي من مجموعة أفراد يريدون التعبير، بالقول أو بالفعل، عن آرائهم في مسألة معينة أمام الجمهور.
