assist the Conference of the Parties to assess and monitor the performance and effectiveness of the CRIC;
(د) مساعدة مؤتمر الأطراف في تقييم ورصد أداء اللجنة وفعاليتها؛

(b) assist the Conference of the States Parties in encouraging cooperation among relevant existing bilateral and multilateral initiatives and to contribute to the implementation of the related provisions of the Convention under the guidance of the Conference;
(ب) أن يساعد مؤتمر الدول الأطراف على تشجيع التعاون بين المبادرات الثنائية والمتعدّدة الأطراف القائمة ذات الصلة، والإسهام في تنفيذ الأحكام ذات الصلة من الاتفاقية، بتوجيه من مؤتمر الدول الأطراف؛

As the mandate of the Open-ended Working Group is to assist the Conference of the Parties in its work, it addresses issues as directed by the Conference of the Parties.

The mandate of the Working Group is to assist the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention in developing and keeping under continuous review the implementation of the Convention's work plan, specific operational policies and decisions taken by the Conference of the Parties for the implementation of the Convention.

(b) That objective impact indicators be developed to assist the Conference of the Parties in reviewing the implementation of the Convention, paying attention to specific regional circumstances.

7. The Meeting further recommended that objective indicators of progress and impact be developed to assist the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in reviewing the implementation of the Convention, paying attention to specific regional circumstances.
7- وأوصى الاجتماع كذلك بوضع مؤشرات موضوعية للتقدم والأثر، من أجل مساعدة مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، مع ايلاء الاهتمام للظروف الإقليمية المعينة.

(a) assist the Conference of the States Parties in carrying out the activities set forth in article 63 of this Convention and make arrangements and provide the necessary services for the sessions of the Conference of the States Parties;
(أ) مساعدة مؤتمر الدول الأطراف على الاضطلاع بالأنشطة المبينة في المادة 63 من هذه الاتفاقية، واتخاذ الترتيبات لعقد دورات مؤتمر الدول الأطراف وتوفير الخدمات اللازمة لها؛

(a) assist the Conference of the States Parties in developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery, especially on the implementation of articles 52-58 of the Convention, such as through mechanisms for locating, freezing, seizing, confiscating and returning the instruments and proceeds of corruption, in particular, the provisions of article 57;
(أ) أن يساعد مؤتمر الدول الأطراف على اكتساب معارف تراكمية في مجال استرداد الموجودات، خصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ المواد 52 إلى 58 من الاتفاقية، بوسائل مثل آليات لتحديد مكان أدوات الفساد وعائداته وتجميدها والحجز عليها ومصادرتها وإرجاعها، وبالأخص فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام المادة 57؛

(f) assist the Conference of the States Parties in identifying the capacity-building needs, including long-term needs, of States parties in the prevention and detection of transfers of proceeds of corruption and income or benefits derived from such proceeds and in asset recovery.
(و) أن يساعد مؤتمر الدول الأطراف على استبانة احتياجات الدول الأطراف، بما فيها الاحتياجات الطويلة الأمد، في مجال بناء القدرات من أجل منع وكشف عمليات تحويل العائدات المتأتية من الفساد وما تدرّه من إيرادات أو فوائد، ومن أجل استرداد الموجودات.
