An expert from the New Caledonia Direction de la culture, de la condition féminine et de la citoyenneté participated in a workshop on the implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage, which was held in Beijing in December 2012 and was organized by the International Training Center for the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO.
