The State party's observations on admissibility 4.1 In its observations dated 19 January 2007, the State party argues that the authors' complaint concerns a question that is strictly inheritance-related and has nothing to do with the privacy and family rights protected in article 17.
4-1 رأت الدولة الطرف في ملاحظاتها المؤرخة 19 كانون الثاني/يناير أن شكوى صاحبا البلاغ تتعلق بمسألة ذات صلة وثيقة بالإرث ولا علاقة لها بالحق في احترام الحياة الخاصة والحق في الحياة الأسرية المنصوص عليهما في المادة 17.

6.2 With respect to the authors' claim under article 2, paragraph 3 of the Covenant, the State party reiterates the arguments presented in its initial observations, and emphasizes that because complaints filed outside the two-month statutory period are inadmissible under the law, the Constitutional Court was required to reject the authors' complaint.

7.9 The State party reiterates its position that the authors' complaint constitutes an abuse of process, insofar as it pursues purely political aims.
