`3` يقصد بالعمل الإضافي الخاص العمل الذي يُنجَز زيادة عن أسبوع العمل الأساسي بعد الساعة 00/20 أو قبل الساعة 00/6 في أي يوم من أيام العمل المقررة، أو في اليوم السادس أو السابع من أسبوع العمل أو في يوم عطلة رسمية.

(d) Compensation for overtime shall be reckoned to the nearest one half-hour; overtime of less than one half-hour on any day during the basic work week shall be disregarded.
(د) يُحسب التعويض عن العمل الإضافي بتقريب مدته لأقرب نصف ساعة؛ ولا تُحسب مدة العمل الإضافي التي تقل عن نصف ساعة في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل الأساسي.

(i) The Director-General may prescribe special conditions and rates of overtime for groups of staff whose duties are normally performed according to a schedule other than the five-day basic work week or whose scheduled normal hours of work differ considerably from those of the majority of the staff.
(ط) يجوز للمدير العام أن يضع شروطا ومعدلات خاصة للعمل الإضافي المتعلق بفئات الموظفين الذين يؤدون واجباتهم في العادة وفق جدول زمني يختلف عن أسبوع العمل الأساسي المؤلف من خمسة أيام، أو الموظفين الذين تختلف ساعات عملهم العادية المقررة اختلافاً كبيراً عن ساعات العمل العادية المقررة لأغلبية الموظفين.

(vii) Overtime in excess of the basic work day between 0600 and 2000 hours (regular overtime) shall be compensated by equal time off or, where this is not possible, by an additional payment at one and a half times the rate of the aggregate of the staff member's net base salary and language allowance, if any;
' 7` يكون التعويض عن العمل الإضافي الذي يزيد على يوم العمل الأساسي ما بين الساعة 00/6 والساعة 00/20 ( العمل الإضافي العادي) في شكل إجازة تعويضية تساوي مدة العمل الإضافي أو إذا تعذر ذلك، في شكل أجر إضافي يُدفع بمعدل المثل ونصف المثل من صافي المرتب الأساسي الإجمالي للموظف وبدل اللغة، إن وُجد؛
