274- بينما تلاحظ اللجنة أن التشريعات المحلية تحظر الاستخدام القسري للأطفال في البغاء، وإنتاج وحيازة وتوزيع المواد الإباحية، والاسترقاق وتجارة الرقيق، فإنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء احتمال أن تكون الدولة الطرف أو أن تصبح وجهة للاتجار بالأطفال وذلك بالنظر إلى العدد الكبير من المهاجرين الذين يبحثون عن عمل.
