2.4 The complainant thereupon returned to Tehran and, in early April 1996, was summoned to appear before the Revolutionary Court, where he was questioned about his military service, the reasons for his attempted departure from the country, his background and the members of his family.

3.3 The complainant further maintains that the two summons to appear before the Revolutionary Court in Tehran are uncontested, and the fact that he did not appear before the Revolutionary Court following those summons, in and of itself substantiates the risk that he will be arrested and subjected to torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, if he is returned to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3-3 ويدعي صاحب الشكوى أيضاً أن أمري المثول أمام محكمة الثورة في إيران لا جدال فيهما، وأن عدم مثوله أمام محكمة الثورة بعد أن تلقى الأمرين هو في حد ذاته دليل على خطر تعرضه للاعتقال والتعذيب أو غيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، في حال إعادته إلى جمهورية إيران الإسلامية.
