307. It was also decided that activities associated with the programme were to be cost-effective and efficient. Duplication of efforts would be avoided and harmonization of respective programmes of work would be pursued through strong coordination between the Convention secretariat and other relevant bodies, in particular the list of partner organizations mentioned in decision II/10, paragraph 13, and the Convention on Wetlands.
