9. Mr. R. P. DOMINGOS (Angola) said that, although the Bureau proposal was commendable, his delegation regretted that it did not take into account the definition of aggression proposed in document A/CONF.183/C.1/L.56.
دومينغوس )أنغولا( : قال رغم أن اقتراح المكتب جدير بالثناء ، فان وفده يأسف ﻷنه لم يأخذ في الاعتبار تعريف العدوان المقترح في الوثيقة A/CONF.183/C.1/L.56 .

Mr. MIRZAEE YENGEJEH (Islamic Republic of Iran), speaking on behalf of the member countries of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, said that those countries were disappointed that the Bureau proposal contained no provision or option concerning the crime of aggression.
٧١ - السيد ميرازي ينجيجه )جمهورية ايران الاسلامية( : تكلم بالنيابة عن الدول اﻷعضاء في حركة بلدان عدم الانحياز وقال ان هذه البلدان تشعر بخيبة أمل ﻷن اقتراح المكتب لم يتضمن حكما أو خيارا بشأن جريمة العدوان .

With regard to paragraph (o) of section B, he was disappointed to note that the Bureau proposal offered only one option, which was supported by the nuclear States but which was totally unacceptable to his delegation because it made no reference to nuclear weapons.
٣ - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة )س( من الفرع باء ، قال انه يشعر بخيبة اﻷمل أن يلاحظ أن اقتراح المكتب لم يعرض سوى خيارا واحدا ، وهو الذي تؤيده الدول النووية والذي يعتبر غير مقبول تماما بالنسبة لوفده ذلك ﻷنه لم يضع اشارة الى اﻷسلحة النووية .

Mr. BELLO (Nigeria) said his delegation was dismayed that the Bureau proposal did not include aggression among the core crimes within the Court’s jurisdiction, in spite of the support for its inclusion expressed by more than 90 per cent of speakers.
٢١ - السيد بيلو )نيجيريا( : قال ان وفده يشعر بالاستياء ﻷن اقتراح المكتب لم يدرج جريمة العدوان ضمن الجرائم اﻷساسية التي تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة ، بالرغم من تأييد ادراجها الذي عبر عنه أكثر من ٠٩ في المائة من المتكلمين .
